This week, we look at yet another imaginary deck, and answer Veronica’s question about being true to herself.

Being a good and giving person is very important to me. Sometimes in friendships, work relationships, and especially romantic relationships, I easily get taken advantage of. How do I maintain being the person that I love to be and avoid the takers?

We answered her question using the Hanson-Roberts deck by Mary Hanson-Roberts. There’s nothing about this deck that jumps out at us, but Daenerys Targaryen and Bernie Sanders make appearances.

This Week’s 3-Card Tarot Reading

The Past: KING OF SWORDS | The Present: THREE OF WANDS | The Future: CHARIOT

Our advice: Use the tools at your disposal to get to the truth of the matter (King of Swords). Take the long view and decide in each situation whether it’s more important to protect yourself or to be vulnerable (Three of Wands). Use force of will to break through feelings of hesitancy and perceived weakness to be more assertive (Chariot).

The Card of the Week

This week we dipped into the Aquarian Tarot by David Palladini.
